Colton started his DIY YouTube channel in 2017 and experienced steady growth, reaching 15,000 subscribers by 2024. During this journey, he met a successful DIY YouTuber in Utah who offered valuable advice, prompting Colton to rethink his content strategy.
Colton has always enjoyed talking with people and learning about their backgrounds and experiences. Recognizing the diverse backgrounds within his network, he envisioned a new goal: uncovering the golden nuggets of people’s career paths in hopes of helping others. Inspired by the idea of engaging with viewers and creating content from these interactions, Colton decided to combine his nearly ten years of marketing experience with his YouTube efforts.
This fusion resulted in the launch of his new channel, "Where To Get Started."
Tyler is a product manager by day and a hobbyist podcaster by night. With a deep curiosity about the different paths people take in their careers, he launched two podcasts: Adventure AI, which explores the exciting world of technology, and Mulling It Over, where he dives into a variety of topics that spark his interest.
An avid gamer, Tyler enjoys both PC gaming and strategizing over board games with friends. His inspiration for joining this podcast stems from a desire to help college-age students—or anyone at a crossroads—figure out their future. Through his conversations and insights, Tyler aims to provide guidance and inspiration for those navigating the complexities of career choices.
